Jigsaw Dance Studio (MIHJ Holdings Pty Ltd) strongly recommends that you consult with your physician or health care professional prior to participating in any online dance or acro program. You should understand that when participating in any dance or acro program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in the dance or acro program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Jigsaw Dance Studio (MIHJ Holdings Pty Ltd) from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Jigsaw Dance Studio (MIHJ Holdings Pty Ltd)

If you suspect you have any current health concerns, injuries, aches and pains you should not participate in the online dance class until you are cleared to participate by a medical practitioner.

Parents are responsible for their child’s behaviour and their safety whilst participating on our online performing arts classes.

Children are only permitted to participate the online dance class that directly relates to a class that they are enrolled in at Jigsaw Dance Studio. If you are not an enrolled member of Jigsaw Dance Studio you are not permitted to participate, watch, record or share any of the online dance programs, videos, files and related information.

Students are advised to warm up adequately before participating in the online dance or acro programs. Failure to warm up property may result in injury. There are a range of warm up videos to supplement you own warm up program within the online dance and acro program video files.

Students are reminded to ensure they dance and move in an open space clear of any obstacles when participating in online dance classes. Ensure you are on a flat area of ground and are dressed appropriately to participate in such online dance and acro lessons. Check that the floor area is non slip and suitable to participate in the activity.

Before and after the online dance class the parent/guardian is fully responsible for their child.

I understand that throughout the year, my child may be photographed or filmed for promotional or advertising purposes. This may include but is not limited to photos on our social media pages, local newspapers or published on our websites. I have no objection to my child’s photograph or video footage of my child to be used by Jigsaw Dance Studio or Jennifer Dalton for such purposes.

Please be advised that all online dance classes are unsupervised by Jigsaw Dance members. It is the responsibility of the childs parent or caregiver to provide supervision as the child participates in the online dance class.

Each dancer participates at their own risk therefore no responsibility will be placed upon the teacher or studio should your child sustain any injuries during the course of any class. Safety rules have been stipulated in this information letter and have been formulated for everyone’s safety.

By continuing and participating or allowing your child to participate in Jigsaw Dance online dance classes I hereby accept and agree to follow these terms and conditions set out by Jigsaw Dance Studio and understand that it is my responsibility to ensure my child follows these expectations also.

Any person who participates in dance classes provided by Jigsaw Dance Studio (MIHJ Holdings Pty Ltd) shall do so at his/her own risk. He/she shall assume all risk involved, including but not limited to all loss or stolen property, cost, claim, injury, damage, or liability sustained while participating. Jigsaw Dance Studio (MIHJ Holdings Pty Ltd) will not be held liable for any misfortune that may occur.
