Dance lessons for 4 year old kids
At Jigsaw Dance, we offer a pre-school dance experience like no other. We have specifically designed and written a dance program that allow our young dancers to experience a variety of genres of dance in a 45min lesson. This includes jazz, hip hop, mini acro, tap (without tap shoes) & mini yoga.
This gives young dancers a chance to try out a variety of dance styles and see which ones they love and may wish to pursue in the future.
We also offer pre-school ballet classes which have the same fun and energy of our combo classes, but also incorporates the beginnings of ballet techniques allowing a gentle introduction to the world of tippy toes and twirls.
All of our dancers are taught correct technical skills and ‘French’ ballet names for steps and movements from the very beginning of their dance journey as we know how important this foundational information is when starting their dance journey.
All classes for our 4 year olds have been specifically programmed to allow our dancers to continually improve on technique, co-ordination and choreography while always ensuring creativity and fun!
