Jigsaw Dance Studio wins APAC insider aware for second year running

For the second year running Jigsaw Dance Studio is proud to announce that we have won the APAC Insider, Australian Enterprise Award. Given the challenges to our studio in 2020 and still now in 2021 we have adapted our business and class options to suit our dance community and government restrictions. These changes have brought about some positves and our studio members have been behind us during the entire process. This award is titled ‘Most Unique Verstatile Dance Studio New South Wales’ acknowledging all of the work we with last year with our online portal, staying connected with our dance members, our digital end of year concert and our concert streaming party.

This acknowlegement means a lot to Jigsaw Dance and we hope our studio members are as excited to recieve this award as we are.

In 2020 we were announced as the winner of Best Dance Studio – Greater Sydney, but this year’s award is extra special. When the Covid outbreak became publicly known early last year, none of us dance studios knew what to expect. Through trial, error and a serious dedication of our dance teacher and studio staff we were able to keep our classes running in an online space until our state was able to pull back the outbreak and allow busineses to re-open. Upon re-opening our studio we were met with a cautious group of parents and dancers who really appreciated what we had deliverd in the online space for the past term. Our efforts were certainly appreciated with a massive influx in new dancers joining Jigsaw Dance in 2021. Who would have thought after the challenges of 2020 that we would have a waiting list for so many of our dance classes due to them being over capacity…. as they say, its amazing what changes in a year.
